Types of fittings for interroom doors
For the installation of interior doors use two types of accessories:
- Loops. They are designed for movable mounting of the door cloth to the box. - Collapsible loops allow you to quickly remove the canvas without spinning accessories. Such models will be ideal for heavy door canvases. Installation of fittings for interroom doors
This stage for many novice masters is a certain difficulty. When conducting such works, not only knowledge of technology is necessary, but also accuracy.
The loop and the stamping bar of the door handle should be located on the surface of the web and the box "flush", that is, not to have gaps. The installed accessories in the level with the surface of the door structural elements is considered excellent work. Also, the size of the landing socket under the loop or the lock must accurately correspond to their size and not to have side gaps. Deviation is allowed only at 0.5-1 mm.

Procedure for work:
- The initial stage of the inserts of the loops in the end surface of the door is the markup of the landing socket. - To start the work of the chisel, it is necessary to deepen the outline by approximately 2-3 mm. At the same time, the upper layers of fibers and plywood cut into a depth of no more than 2-3 mm. After which the loop is removed. With the help of the chisel, the wood is neatly conducted on the necessary depth.
- During the process, the loop is installed for measuring the required depth. When it is installed "flush", the sample finish. It is necessary to work with the chisel, it is neat, easily tapping on the end of the handle with a hammer. MDF doors are very hard to carefully handle a manual curtain tool. - After the landing socket under the loop is cut, they are installed in place. Next, you need to try the carrier stand of the door frame to the canvas to schedule the position of the loop on it. For the convenience of the process, only a rack is needed, not the entire box. If they are sold already in the assembled form, it is better to disassemble it. The more convenient to work, the better the result will be. Next, the process of ruging loops is repeated in the same way as on the end part of the canvas.
- After completion of the work, you must install the handle. This stage is much more complicated, as it requires more attention. In addition to cutting the seat under the lock, it is necessary to properly drive openings under the handle and the latch. It is advisable to make this job with a milling mill, as the landing place has a greater depth, and choose it with the help of the chisel is quite problematic.
- At the end of the canvas mounted loops, the knob with the lock and the box is going. An interroom door with the installed fittings is hung on the box and after that, the location of the locking pad is marked, which will fix the tongue. To do this, it is applied to any coloring substance (nail polish), the knob is lowered, the door closes, and then the handle rises, freeing the tongue that stains the place of contact with the counter.
