For a long service life, it is not enough for the metal -plastic structure itself to be of high quality, you also need appropriate accessories for plastic doors.

If you need to make additional efforts to turn it, and the pen does not completely turn completely, the tongue cannot coincide with the groove in any way, then this indicates shrinkage.

Put the door in a normal position

Suppose there is a phenomenon: the door when opening or closing the threshold clings. There is sagging under the influence of the weight of the double -glazed window. • Open the door;
• we remove the decorative plug, if any;
• we take the hexagonal key 4 mm and adjust the upper loop, pulling the screw;
• restore the normal vertical of the door. In this case, we turn the screw clockwise;
• close the door.

There is another option:

• we go to the lower loop and free it from a decorative cap. The upper screw will become available for adjustment;
• we adjust the screw at the upper end of the loop. The movement is the same: by hourly move;
• we check the door of the door.

Please note: some types of door accessories, screws through which adjustment is not a hexagon, but a star, and therefore the key we need appropriate.

If a battery is located next to the balcony door, then under the influence of constant heating, it can get a side display horizontally. The same will be observed with some mechanical deformation of the door. In this case, you will have to work with a side screw:

• we arm ourselves with the key and twist the side adjustment screw;
• the sash will go towards the lower loop;
• if this action did not give a positive result, then we repeat the procedure with the upper loop.

The need to adjust the density of the door to the frame is indicated by the fact that the draft is clearly felt. Actions:

• it is necessary to regulate the tsapps of eccentrics located on the very canvas of the door;
• using the key, we rotate the eccentric until we provide normal clamp.

At the same time:

• if the trunple occupies a perpendicular position in relation to the profile, then the door of the door will be the largest;
• the position of the tsapf parallel to the profile is the smallest fit.

Notice: you need to adjust the clamp twice: before the onset of cold and spring. Moreover: in winter, the clamp is denser, in warm times - weaker. If you rotate the adjustment key by hourly move, then the press will intensify, against the hourly passage - weaken. With a strong press, the seal wear out faster.

Hand repair

This type of fittings for balcony plastic doors, as the pen is repaired and regulated simply. The most unpleasant thing that can happen to her is to scrap.

• The screws on the handle are usually closed with decorative caps of plastic. They must be removed;
• we take a screwdriver and twist the screws, eliminating the backlash;
• if this did not eliminate the malfunctions, inspect the handle carefully: perhaps its body cracked. Nothing will help here except buying a new handle.

In the event that you really need to replace the handle, then:

• put the pen horizontally;
• we unscrew the fasteners;
• we put a new pen in the same place.

It does not hurt to remember: the door must be shifted aside the opposite from the place where the sash constantly presses the seal.
