Incorrect flooring is a suitable option for those areas of the room for which special requirements are imposed. Unlike traditional, floors, the bulk technology involves the solidification of a liquid solution, which must be evenly distributed over the surface. As a result, a strong, wear -resistant and aesthetic polymer coating is obtained.
Recently, bulk 3D floors in the bathroom have gained popularity, which imply the presence of a three -dimensional image by a transparent layer of polymer. It has no seams, it resembles linoleum by external signs, and by touch it is a smooth tile. Under favorable operating conditions, this coating will last about 40 years.
Today, the construction market offers 12 color variations of a bulk floor in the bathroom. For the placement of the bathroom, you can choose any shade or make a choice with the benefits of a transparent solution. Each option will look elegant and original. The image can also be varied. - Caring for coating should not be difficult and be as simple as possible. In addition, the material should not be deformed under the influence of chemical components and detergents.
- The flooring should be resistant to various kinds of influences.
- Give preference to materials with a long service life, let the price of the bulk floor in the bathroom be slightly higher.

Basement of the bulk coverage is divided into the following types:
- methyl methacrylate;
- epoxy;

Advantages and disadvantages
Like any other material, bulk floors in the bathroom, the photos of which are decorated with designer publications, have both positive aspects of operation and minor shortcomings. Its advantages are as follows:
- such a floor is environmentally friendly;
- has a high moisture resistance coefficient;
- it has good thermal conductivity, due to which it increases the comfort of operation in the bathroom;
- does not conduct electricity;
- paul is resistant to ultraviolet radiation;
- has a monolithic structure;
- prevents the reproduction of fungal microorganisms and mold in the floor structure;
- will not be damaged under the influence of acid, alkalis and oils;

Burning floor formation technology
If you decide to arrange the bathroom with a bulk coating yourself, this will require a little effort and quality material. However, saving the budget more than compensates for inconvenience. So, consider the step -by -step guide for pouring such a coating.
Necessary tools for work
To install the bulk floor, you need to prepare:
- a grinder or a grinding machine;
- drill;
- domestic vacuum cleaner;
- spatulas of different types (it is necessary to have flat and toothe);
- brush;
- fur and needle rollers;
- mixture for leveling;
- overalls;
- protective varnish;
- transparent coating;
- solvent to clean the tool.
Step -by -step guide: styling technology
Installation of this coating provides several stages:
- At the first stage, we prepare the base. As such a base, a high -quality floor screed should be. If the room already has a concrete surface, polish it until the maximum flat surface is reached.
- If there are cracks and holes, you can fix the situation with the help of ordinary repair cement.
- Next, remove dust and various pollution from the surface using a vacuum cleaner.
- After that, cover the floor with a primer. Suitable for this will be the material of the company Epolast-Gront, KNAUF concrete contact, primer. These primers are a composition of a two -composite nature. The task of priming is to ensure quality adhesion (connection between different surfaces, their adhesion) of the base with the presence of a basic layer of three -meter bulk. The primer freezes quickly, so it is necessary to take into account this feature and work at the appropriate pace. Apply soil by means of a roller.
5. At the next stage of installation, we align the surface. For this purpose, we take a two-component epoxy, such as elacor ede or epolast dimplane, for this purpose.
6. Using a spatula, apply a layer of 2 mm. Typically, putty consumption is calculated by this proportion: 1 kg of material per 1 m2 of area. To prepare a solution of putty correctly, you need to take into account the recommendations of the manufacturer. They are usually indicated on the packaging.
7. After the putty is ready for use, it should be poured onto the floor, and with the help of a spatula a uniform layer is distributed over the entire surface.
8. Start the very creative stage - apply a drawing. Initially, you should pay attention to cleanliness and remove dust from a primed surface.
9. Now proceed to the formation of the selected pattern. Apply the image with paint using a stencil. Separate small elements can be attached by means of a finish component.
10. If we attach the film, you need to completely remove the formed air bubbles from under it.
11. We apply a glue on the floor, the function of which is currently performing the finish coating. Then, using a roller or a spatula, we level it, at the same time, extract excess glue and air bubbles from under the film.
12. We give the material 1 day to dry. It should also be taken into account that images are best applied to the polymer coating.
13. The next stage of laying is the application of the finish coating. Performing this procedure, it should be noted that the depth of the image will depend on the thickness of this layer. As such a coating, you can apply a polymer of the two -composite property of teping Paul or Ekotex.
14. A polymer solution should be prepared according to the instructions on the package, then pour it onto the floor and align it, using a spatula and a roller for this.
15. Roll up the coating until the solidification process begins. In order for the bulk material to be completely dried, it is necessary to leave it for 24-48 hours. However, for full use, the floor will be ready only after 7 days. If you have provided the heating function, it is necessary to postpone the operation of the coating within 2-3 weeks.
16. The final step will be the application of a protective varnish. The function of such a layer is to protect the coating from various mechanical exposure - the formation of scratches, chips, dents and other troubles. The flooring of the floor with such varnishes will extend the service life of the coating for several years.
17. The work is successfully completed!
