• pipe made of steel 2 mm thick: Ø \u003d 30 mm, l \u003d 2000 mm - 2 pcs; Ø \u003d 30 mm, l \u003d 1500 mm - 2 pcs; Ø \u003d 30 mm, l \u003d 330 mm - 9 pcs (per steps);
• 22 sets of M8X70 connecting bolts with nuts and washers;
• sheet steel 3 mm thick (30 mm x 1000 mm);
• drill and drill;
• spanners.

Production process

1. Take a 2-meter pipe, retreat from the edge of 300 mm and drill a hole for the bolt.
2. Make another 5 of the same holes along the pipe with a pitch of 300 mm.
3. Similarly, do with the second 2 meter and with two 1.5-meter pipes.
4. In the blanks for steps, drill from both sides along the hole, retreating from the edge of 15 mm.
5. Cut two clamps from leaf steel, drill from both sides along a hole at a distance of 15 mm from the edges.
6. Bend the clamp, giving it the shape of the surface of the pipe.
7. From the same sheet began to make closed clips. Their free ends are better to boil or stuck. Place the couplings at the level of the second step from above.
8. Make holes at the ends of 1.5-meter pipes, retreating 15 mm from the edges.
9. Fasten the clamps on long pipes.
10. Insert the ends of 1.5-meter pipes in them with couplings worn on them.
11. Connect everything with bolts.
12. Attach the steps.
13. Pour rubber nozzles on the legs.
14. Make a hook with a thickness of 6 mm and a length of 600 mm. It is necessary so that the two sides of the ladder do not leave under the weight of the employee (you can buy ready -made in a construction store).

You can take another raw material as a basis, not only steel.

Production process

1. Cut out large legs from wood 100x725 mm (4 pcs) and prints 38x180 mm (2 pcs), 100x420 mm (2 pcs).
2. Now cut the tsars: 120x345 mm (2 pcs), 105x345 mm (1 pc).
3. Cut the upper step 270x445 mm (1 pc).
4. Drink the details to create sliding steps:

• middle legs 100x470 mm (4 pcs) and small legs 100x215 mm (2 pcs);
• shows 100x400 mm (2 pcs);
• steps 180x298 mm (2 pcs);
• the back of the back is 105x300 mm (1 pc);
• tsargi front 90x22 mm (3 pcs).

5. Crush all the corners of the parts a little.
6. Drill holes for fasteners.
7. Make a trial assembly in order to identify existing defects and inaccuracies.
8. Correct defects, fit the details.
9. For final assembly, use glue. Connect in turn: large legs and spaces, the upper and lower kings and a step-stage.
10. Then fasten the middle legs with the spones with the front and rear tsar.
11. Now attach small legs and steps.
12. Open a storm stool varnish three times.
