Preliminary work:

How to collect blocks

1. First you should collect blocks. This can be done using pins with a diameter of 8 millimeters. Previously, it is necessary to drill holes for them.
2. Before connecting, the part of the blocks should be coated with glue and in time to dry out the structure with clamps.
3. The shortest block is the shortest. He holds on four spacers. On top of its two panels, recesses of 100 by 22 millimeters should be made. The central bar will pass through them.

How to assemble a supporting frame

1. First, from the side of the headboard, the side block and the back section, it is necessary to attach horizontal supporting bars with a size of 47 by 27 millimeters.
2. After that, the supporting bars should be installed. It is they who will carry the entire load. These details must be placed so that there are three bars in the back and the same number on the head of the bed. One bar should be in the center and two along the edges. The remaining two will be necessary for you on the side block. They are located close enough to each other near the central section.
3. Further, on previously installed load -bearing bars, you need to cut the grooves, which will be intended for the central transverse crossbar. Do not forget to drill holes for screws with a diameter of 4.5 millimeters in advance.

Assembly of a single design

1. Now it is necessary to collect all the blocks into one whole. First, they should be tied through supporting bars by pulling the compounds with screws.
2. In order for the mounts to be more reliable, you need to drill two holes with a diameter of 9 millimeters in adjacent walls of the blocks.
3. Then you need to insert the M8 × 50 bolts into them. They should be fixed using nuts.
4. The central unit is connected by bolts by 80 millimeters.

8. When using a plywood sheet, the entire surface should be sanded using fine -grained sandpaper. Then, thoroughly primed and painted.

Design decoration

1. The crossbars in the front in the central part have a support in the form of a pair of short bars with a thickness of 31 millimeters screwed to the central section. Two T-shaped stops are placed along the edges, which are fixed on the back and head of the bed. They later mount a decorative panel.
2. There are grooves in the ends of three planks for decoration in which flat spikes are screwed. They are mounted on the front crossbars, as well as on the basis of the bed.
3. Each spike during assembly should be lubricated with glue. Next, they are inserted into the groove. This in the future allows you to conveniently and quickly collect and disassemble the structure.
4. When the central transverse bar is fixed, you can start installing the edging. First, along the length and edges of the upper edging panels, the places where the grooves will be sawed should be marked.
5. Then you can install the edging on the spikes by connecting the base of the bed with the front transverse strips.
6. Next, you need to apply several layers (at least two) an acrylic primer with a wide brush to the boards.
7. Then the primed surface should be sanded and debugged in two layers. For this purpose, half -material polyurethane varnish is suitable.
