we determine the width of the frill, measuring the distance from the edge of the bed to the floor. Add 40 mm to the seam;

We collect details

we attach the lining to the top around the perimeter;
using a thread with a needle, we transfer the pattern line to the fabric;
we sit down at the sewing machine and carefully scribble along all lines from the front side;
contact the edges of the cover with scissors;
we process the bottom of the frill into the bend;
we collect the frill, trying to make the folds evenly distributed;
first, take it, and then attach it to the cover.

Keep in mind: Most likely, you will make a frill not from a whole piece, but from individual bands, therefore, follow the direction of fabric threads. Make the cutting so that the direction is one, otherwise the cut will differ in different shades, which is not very aesthetically aesthetically pleasing. Carefully mask all the seams in the folds, then a feeling of integrity of the frill will create.

we turn our semi -finished product and repeat the operation on the front side;
we try on half of our product on the bed. There should be exactly half the length, but if it turns out less, then fix it simply: add 4 more squares;
we continue to work until the desired size is achieved in length and width;
we cut out the lining. The best option for her is cotton fabric;
we sew the top and lining with each other, fasten along the lines of connection of parts;
we grab in several places around the perimeter;
we process the region.

IN king note: In order for the size of the cover to be exactly the same as planned please note that squares must be done 1 more than it turned out when calculating, because part of the fabric will go to the seams.
