How to insulate a metal door with your own hands

1. The standard foam sheet, two sheets of foam 1x1 meter, silicone, self -supported screws and a spray can of installation foam plus a simple set of tools is all that is required to ensure that your external metal doors are insulated.
2. Cover the fiberboard sheet in size to the door size. Drill, knife and jigsaw - cut holes under the eye, keyhole and door handle.
3. The foam is cut out by the size of the free cells of stiffness specified by the ribs and tightly glued to the back of the door leaf. The necessary functional holes are also made in it.
