- It is worth saying that the gap from all sides of the frame to the casing must be about 20 mm. It is necessary for filling the mounting foam. Also as a stock for shrinkage at home, the gap should be over the top of the casing to the logs. It should be 60-90 mm. Thanks to this stock, during drying, they will not put on the windows.
- Before filling the clearance of foam, you need to check the performance of the window. To do this, after inserting the flaps, open the window and see how it behaves. Discover half and release. If at the same time the sash remains in place - it does not open, it is not loosened and not closed further, it means that everything was done correctly.
- Now the space between the box and the window must be accurately filled with the mounting foam. Moreover, it is done from the outer and inner side. After waiting until the foam harms well. Excess mixture will need to trim. This can be done even with a simple knife.
